My husband and I were looking online for a car to replace my car. When he went to the dealership, he was helped by James. My husband looked at the car he saw online and was so impressed. We ended up going back after I got off work to start paperwork for the car. James was very helpful, and wanted to get us a good deal. Even though It was closing time, everybody was ... still friendly, as if they weren't worried about getting home late. We then talked to Guy about all of the finances and stuff. Since it was closing time, we had to come back to finish everything a few days later. Saturday morning we picked up the car and were so impressed. As we were about to leave though, we noticed the check engine light was on. The service guy, Greg, took a look at it and said it was just the loose gas cap, and all was well. When we got home, the engine light was back on though. I just took the car back in today, and although they didn't have the part to fix the real problem, they gave me a rental to get back home, until it was fixed. We love everybody at Hammonasset, and will definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a car. Today when I was there, James even stopped by the waiting area, to chat and see how we are. He even said he wants a picture of our daughter when she is born in just a few months.
